Best Stretches To Do After Walking

I LOVE walking. And I always take the time to STRETCH after a walk- because without a simple stretch routine it is pretty easy to get super tight in the hips or hamstrings.

Here are some simple stretches to do after your walk. These can be done outside (yay) because they are standing stretches. Just find a tree or bench to lean on.

Sometimes, we think that more walking is better. Although we do want to increase the amount of time we spend outside walking, we also need to take time to stretch and recover.
