Core strength is a main part of our programs because a strong core will help us MOVE better.

The core muscles include the abdominal, back, and pelvic floor muscles, and core strength refers to the ability of the muscles in the torso to work together effectively.

The important thing to remember is that the core is the boss in stabilizing the spine and pelvis, maintaining proper posture, and moving well!

We do this a TON in our classes, but absolutely can be done by itself as a stand alone exercise.
